Machine conversions are a great way to maximize your investment. But it can be complicated to figure out what you need to get as there are so many variables. Here we try to make this as simple as possible. The Mark 7 Revolution® machine caliber conversion kits contain the following:
Caliber Conversions Include: Shell Plate (all models), Case Feed Ram , and Case Feed Adapter
This package builder is the easiest way to get products from Mark 7®. There is quite a bit of logic built into this system so please see these instructions to ensure you have a smooth experience. There are 10 steps below and as you start from Step #1, different options will become available based upon the system you select:
Step 1 – Please select your Mark 7 Revolution® press type from the drop-down box – there are three (3) types – Brass Processing, Stacked Primer, Automatic Priming.
Step 2 – Please select a caliber for your loading press selection at the step above.
Step 3 – There are two types of case feeders offered with your Revolution® – the classic 11″ black plastic feeder and our commercial-grade, metal large capacity feeder.
Step 4 – Here you can select from a mechanically operated powder measure or our digital programmable powder measure.
Step 5 – Please select the digital sensors you would like – please note that digital sensing is one of the best parts of our system and dramatically improves safety and efficiency.
Step 6 – You have an option to select a number of accessories to customize your loading set-up.
Step 7 – Choose your desired sensors (only available if Evolution Pro upgrade is selected in step 6)
BulletSense® is the first electronic detection system that can stop your machine before any of the situations above impact your loading process — and it also acts as a brass sensor.
We’ve created a laser mounted system on a user-adjustable slider that allows you to point the laser right where you want it – at the tip of the bullet or directly on the brass. If the laser beam is interrupted every time your machine makes a stroke, the machine continues ( i.e. if a bullet head or brass is present). If the laser is bounced back from the mirror and the circuit completes, the machine stops at the top of the stroke and shows you a message on your tablet. You determine the height of the laser, you are now more in control of the operation of your machine. The user-adjustable slider is operated through a traditional thumb screw.

Constructed from anodized aluminum – Mark 7® Reloading Red
Precision laser with easy adjustments for different grain bullets and calibers ** Important to note that the precision of a laser is unmatched in this use — it can even determine the difference between an upside-down bullet form a hollow point bullet !
Can stop the machine if no bullet present, upside down bullet, sideways bullet, no brass present and alerts you through the tablet
The Mark 7 Digital PowderCheck Sensor can automatically stops the machine if a grossly incorrect powder level is detected inside the case. If this happens you will then see a notification on the computer tablet to check the case powder level. A must-have for people that want full confidence that every round produced has powder. Gen 2 Digital Powder Check Sensor comes complete with probes for:
Small pistol
Small rifle
Large pistol
Large rifle
How it works:
The user attaches the probe that corresponds to the case type and size to the sensor rod. Then adjust the sensing probe assembly to the correct height for the desired powder load by moving the sensor die up or down and secure the die. When the press is operating, the probe is automatically inserted into the charged case. This moves the sensor bar into its measuring position. If the sensor’s infrared laser beam is able to pass through either the sensor bar’s “over charge” or “under charge” window then the notification is triggered. Sensitivity is dependent on powder type and user adjustment.
